I’m Sarah Fleihan, a strategy and content innovation specialist with a background in TikTok’s EMEA strategy team, where I developed a deep understanding of platform behavior, content performance, and the creator economy. Today, I focus on helping brands and teams translate ideas into clear, actionable strategies by leaning on ideation, rapid iteration, and data-driven insight through my agency Kando. I’m also pursuing my doctorate at Durham University, where my research explores the creator economy and the evolving dynamics between creators, platforms, and audiences. I love turning complex concepts into simple systems that teams can actually use, whether through workshops, content strategy, or supporting early-stage ventures as they shape their narrative. At my core, I believe great ideas don’t need to be perfect ...they just need to be tested, refined, and shared with intention.
